  • Why do you need my address?
    The available technology, maximum speed and offer depend on your location. The address check confirms availability.
  • The result shows radio, but I want fiber?
    We show the technologies available at the address — if fiber is there, you'll see it in the result. If fiber reaches your address later, we let you know and offer you a smooth switch. Changing the technology costs a one-off 1,23 zł.
  • How do we agree the connection date?
    First we check the connection options at your address, then we agree the date with you. The installation cost also depends on the address, and we show it before you order.
  • I'm checking a business address. Where do I do that?
    Businesses have a separate form on the Business internet page — for an office, a shop or multiple locations.
