How a radio link works.

The signal travels by radio to an antenna on the building and runs by cable into your home. A technician checks the installation, and technical support helps once you are connected.

  • Which technology is available at my address?
    Check your address on the coverage page. We show the technologies available there; if there are several, we pick the one that gives you the speed you expect. If fibre has already reached the address, we offer fibre internet too.
  • What speed will I get?
    Each technology has its own range: together from 15 Mb/s to 900 Mb/s. The speed depends on the technology available at your address and on the speed you expect. Upload speeds vary; we confirm the parameters before you order.
  • How do we arrange the connection?
    A technician always verifies the technical conditions and connection options on site. Then we agree the scope and date together. The installation cost also depends on the address, and we show it before you order.
  • What if fibre reaches my address?
    We let you know and offer you a smooth switch to fibre. Changing the technology costs a one-off 1,23 zł.
