Infrastructure. Our own network and partner access.

We combine our own fiber and radio with wholesale access to partner networks. For you, it is one service and one point of contact, while we select the available solution after checking your address.

How a line reaches your address

  1. The line arrives one of three ways:

    • RFC fiberour own FTTH network on the XGS-PON standard
    • RFC radioour own radio infrastructure beyond the reach of cable
    • Partner networkwholesale access (BSA) under an agreement with the operator
  2. RFCone service: contract, invoice and contact

  3. Your address

Own network

Where we have built our own infrastructure, we connect customers directly over fiber or radio. We confirm the available options for each address.

  • RFC fiber

up to 2 Gb/sin the home offer

Our FTTH network runs on the XGS-PON standard. We confirm the available parameters for each address.

    • XGS-PON standard, 10G class — the capability of the infrastructure
    • A fiber-optic cable connection, no antenna on the building
    • Low latency for gaming and video calls

    Coming soon

Up to 8 Gb/s at home

We are preparing faster home plans on the same XGS-PON network. We will announce availability in the offer.

  • RFC radio

15 Mb/s–900 Mb/sdepending on the technology at the address

Our own radio infrastructure connects addresses beyond the reach of cable.

    • Four radio technologies chosen for the speed you expect
    • A technician checks the installation conditions and technology on site
    • A connection through an antenna mounted on the building

    • We let you know when fibre reaches your address.
    • We offer you a smooth switch to fibre.

Wholesale access and network-development programmes

BSA is a wholesale-access service, while POPC and KPO fund infrastructure construction. Customer availability depends on an agreement with the network operator and the specific address.

Operators we work with

How wholesale access works

  1. 1

Network operator provides the line in the building

  2. 2

RFC provides the service and care

  3. 3

You order the service from RFC

  • Wholesale service

    BSA — Bitstream Access

BSA is a wholesale service in which a network operator provides access to another provider. Where we have the relevant agreement and address coverage, we can deliver service over partner infrastructure while keeping one point of contact for the customer.

  • Funding programme

POPC and KPO — infrastructure development

POPC and KPO fund network construction, and their beneficiaries publish wholesale-access terms. Funding itself is not a BSA service; access to a given network is checked separately for the address and partner.

What it means for you

Whichever way the line reaches you, you use one RFC service.

  • You check an address, not networks

The address check shows which way the line arrives — you do not need to know whose network is in the building.

  • One contract and invoice

You deal with RFC whether the line runs on our network or a partner network.

  • Change technology, keep your operator

When our fiber reaches your address, you can move over from radio — one-off 1,23 zł.

  • The same technical support

    Mon–Fri 9:00–19:00, Sat 9:00–17:00 — on every access path.
