What the Toya network is
Toya opens its network to other operators on a wholesale basis. RFC provides its services on this network under an agreement.

What the result can show on the Toya network
On partner networks RFC currently provides fibre internet and television, without radio internet. The parameters may change, so the address check always shows the connection currently available at your address.

Toya also has customers of its own. If your contract is with that operator, report faults, billing and service changes directly to it. Its contact details are in your contract.

Network extensions
No coverage? We'll check whether we can extend the network
We build extensions on our own network and on partner networks. We look at the options for a single house as well as a whole housing estate. Write to us and we will check the options and reply.
You send the address
Locality, street and building number — in a message to us.
We check
We check whether a connection can reach it from our network or a partner network.
We plan the extension
If it is possible, we agree the scope of work and the date.
You are online with RFC
After the extension we connect your address and you can use RFC internet.
A new housing estate, or neighbours gathering interest?
We are glad to look at every initiative — from a developer, a housing community or a group of neighbours. Tell us where and how many homes or flats are interested. The number of interested addresses helps us judge whether and how to bring the line.
