  • How do I know whether fibre reaches my address?
    Check your address on the coverage page. We show the available technologies and plans, and if fibre is not there yet, we offer a radio link.
  • What upload speed will I get?
    Upload speeds vary with the variant and the address; we confirm them before you order. Symmetric connections, with equal download and upload, are available in the tailored business offer.
  • How do we agree the connection date?
    First we check the connection options at your address, then we agree the date with you. The installation cost also depends on the address, and we show it before you order.
  • I have RFC radio internet today. What happens when fibre arrives?
    We let you know when fibre reaches your address and offer you a smooth switch. Changing the technology costs a one-off 1,23 zł.
