The area is the reach of the operator’s network, not a list of addresses RFC serves. Availability depends on the building, so we check it by address.

Network

What the Asta-Net network is

Asta-Net opens its network to other operators on a wholesale basis. RFC provides its services on this network under an agreement.

  1. 1.The Asta-Net network

Asta-Net builds and maintains the fibre and also opens it to other operators.

  2. 2.RFC

Under an agreement with the network operator, RFC provides internet on it through wholesale access (BSA).

  3. 3.Your address

You check your address on this page. The result shows the available connection and packages, and you order the chosen package from RFC.

What the result can show on the Asta-Net network

On partner networks RFC currently provides fibre internet and television, without radio internet. The parameters may change, so the address check always shows the connection currently available at your address.

  • Fibre on the Asta-Net network

    up to 1 Gb/s

This is what we currently offer on partner networks. No data cap, for working from home, video calls and entertainment.

    See the fibre offer
  • Television

    from 128 channels

On partner networks too. Sport, films, documentaries and kids' channels.

  • RFC’s own network

    up to 2 Gb/s

The 2 Gb/s connection is currently available only on RFC’s own fibre network, not on partner networks.

Support

Contract, support and faults

On the Asta-Net network you are an RFC customer. You deal with us on everything, not with the network operator.

  • Contract and billing

You sign the contract with RFC and settle your bills with RFC. The address check shows the price and the available connections.

  • Faults

Report a fault to RFC customer service, by phone or through the help pages.

  • Help and contact

Guides, contract questions and RFC contact details in one place.

Is your contract directly with Asta-Net?

Asta-Net also has customers of its own. If your contract is with that operator, report faults, billing and service changes directly to it. Its contact details are in your contract.

RFC supports only its own customers. If you are an RFC customer, you deal with us on everything.

Network extensions

No coverage? We'll check whether we can extend the network

We build extensions on our own network and on partner networks. We look at the options for a single house as well as a whole housing estate. Write to us and we will check the options and reply.

  1. You send the address

Locality, street and building number — in a message to us.

  2. We check

We check whether a connection can reach it from our network or a partner network.

  3. We plan the extension

If it is possible, we agree the scope of work and the date.

  4. You are online with RFC

After the extension we connect your address and you can use RFC internet.

A new housing estate, or neighbours gathering interest?

We are glad to look at every initiative — from a developer, a housing community or a group of neighbours. Tell us where and how many homes or flats are interested. The number of interested addresses helps us judge whether and how to bring the line.
