Before you choose a plan

  • Why do you need my address?
    The available technology, maximum speed and offer depend on your location. The catalogue helps you compare plans; the address check confirms availability.
  • When do we arrange installation?
    We agree on a date after checking connection options. A plan being listed in the catalogue does not confirm availability at a particular address.
  • What should I compare besides the subscription?
    Check one-off fees, contract length and the terms of your chosen plan. The monthly price does not replace the full offer terms.
  • Can I change the package mid-contract?
    Yes, in both directions. You can move up or down between Internet tiers, base TV packages and premium add-ons without signing a new contract. The change takes effect from the next billing period.
